Car #6: Norwood LU5, MI area, added 2/26/2001. Was up for sale at $5000 o.b.o.; finally sold for $4800 on 4/10/2001. New owner has done what he calls a "KITT conversion", which was to spraypaint the gold wheels grey, strip off the car's gold trim, and add an aftermarket front nose. Then he tried to sell it for $11,000, only to fail, and now is asking $10,000.. good luck! <g>. In my opinion a very stupid idea, but whatever makes one happy, I guess. Too bad it was a Norwood LU5 too.. the 3rd rarest of the 4 possible types of 82 Recaros.
