Car #5: Van Nuys LU5, MI area, added some time before 2/17/2001. Was for sale @ $1500; ended up being parted out and left for dead. Suspected bad fuel pump, 350 built engine, missing headlights, very few options, swapped out passenger's door with original Recaro door parts. Rough throughout, considerable rust. 7/31/2001 UPDATE: This car wasn't junked like I thought, but has resurfaced on ebay for sale @ $1 with no reserve, with an '84 parts car! More info to come. 3/05/2002 UPDATE: Car on ebay again, $1 with no reserve, and no 84 T/A parts car.. he said "better sell this time, or she goes to the junkyard!" .. seems to have sold for $200.. who knows what will happen to this poor car after all the stuff it's been through.
